Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion is fundamental to our culture. When we embrace a wide variety of ideas and perspectives, we foster a work environment that supports our Vision: that all patients around the world have access to evidence-based treatment for the chronic conditions and co-occurring disorders of addiction. We believe a diverse and inclusive workplace enables innovation and continuous improvement. In 2020 and 2021, we hosted a series of facilitated employee feedback sessions to help strengthen our diversity and inclusion practices and build upon the culture we all own.
